Marketing in the residential and home services space is unlike most industries. Buyers are making one of the largest financial decisions of their lives, and they are doing it slowly and carefully — often researching for months before ever contacting anyone. The marketing that works here is not about grabbing attention for a quick sale. It is about building trust over time, meeting people where they are in the decision journey, and creating content that educates and empowers rather than pushes. I have worked directly in this space, producing campaigns and content for companies whose clients are homeowners and homebuilders, and I understand the audience, the aesthetic, and the long-cycle marketing discipline this industry demands.

Republic Elite Integration
Republic Elite Integration installs custom home automation, whole-home audio, and security systems inside luxury new construction homes. I produced multichannel marketing content for their installations, including on-site filming at custom home installs and new construction properties, capturing the finished smart home experience in a premium residential setting. Work spanned website, landing pages, Meta and Google ads, display, email, print, and organic social. Organic Instagram content saw a 234.8% increase in per-post reach, a 33.2% increase in views year over year, and a 20% increase in followers year to date.

Villara
Designed a paid social and display campaign for Villara reaching homeowners at the neighborhood level. Platform-native creative for Nextdoor, Meta, and YouTube with messaging tailored to each audience and format.
Republic Eagle Vision
Built the full product marketing website for Republic Eagle Vision, a technology company whose AI jobsite surveillance systems are used by residential construction companies. Designed for lead generation and demo conversion.

I build audience segments, develop platform-native creative for each channel, track performance across every touchpoint, and use that data to optimize copy, design, timing, and targeting throughout the lifecycle. First U.S. Community Credit Union
Developed messaging strategy and multichannel creative for a digital acquisition campaign spanning Meta Ads, Amazon display, Nextdoor, and email. Built audience segmentation strategy and designed platform-native creative for each channel. Campaign generated over one million total impressions.

Flame and Fire Brazilian Steakhouse
Flame and Fire came in with a logo but no brand style guide and an email program that needed structure. Over five years I developed a consistent visual identity — typography, color palette, design language — through ongoing campaign work, building a look and feel the client embraced and used consistently across all future creative. I took over full email program management, establishing the list workflow, segmentation, and distribution infrastructure that allowed the program to scale as the restaurant's subscriber base grew organically over time.
The email program was supported by a full multichannel surround — social media campaigns, display advertising, keyword targeting, paid email list targeting, and coordination with local chambers of commerce to extend reach to their subscriber networks.
Bubbles & Boards Event Campaign: Designed and executed a dedicated event campaign built from zero existing assets. Composited the hero image from scratch using Photoshop and generative AI, then extended the visual identity across every touchpoint — web banner, email, and social. The best email in the series achieved a 34.40% open rate above the database average of 31.14%. The event sold out.
The client had no photography, no event assets — just a vision of champagne and charcuterie boards. I started with high-quality stock images for background elements, glassware, and lighting. Using Photoshop's generative AI tool, I created custom food elements — meats, cheeses, and fruits — tailored to the client's description. Each element was carefully composited and color-corrected for realism, with lighting effects enhanced to make it feel cohesive and premium.
The result was a hero image built entirely from scratch that became the visual foundation for the entire campaign and set a new creative standard for Flame & Fire's seasonal events.

A website is the central hub of any digital marketing program — the place where every campaign, every email, and every ad ultimately points. It has to work for new visitors who are just discovering a brand and for returning visitors who are further along in their decision. That means clear information architecture, intuitive navigation, and a user experience that gets people to where they need to go without friction. I bring 5+ years of web design experience built around UX/UI best practices, accessibility, and conversion-focused design. I build and manage sites in WordPress, Webflow, and Wix, know my way around HTML and CSS, can troubleshoot and update existing sites, and approach every build with SEO and performance fundamentals in mind. Whether building from scratch or optimizing what exists, I design for the user journey first.

Designed and built the complete product website for Republic Eagle Vision in Webflow. The site communicates a technical AI surveillance product to a residential construction industry audience, featuring an interactive product showcase, embedded video content, a case study gallery, and conversion-focused CTAs throughout. Built for lead generation and demo bookings.

I'm Beth Anderson — a digital marketing specialist and graphic designer at Bouchard Communications Group, where I've spent 5+ years executing multichannel campaigns and creative strategy for B2C and B2B clients across home services, restaurant, nonprofit, and financial industries.
My work spans digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, graphic design, content creation, and performance reporting — with a particular strength in building campaigns that are strategically sound, visually on-brand, and optimized from launch through results.
